So how does this work?
All services require an initial project consultation with a non-refundable fee of $125 to be made at the time of booking. The consultation fee, however, will go towards any service(s) of your choosing as a credit if you decide to move forward with me.
If you are only interested in a design consultation, both in-person and online consultations are available based on your location.
All pricing information provided on this website is for reference only and is on a per room basis. The actual estimate for the selected service will depend on the complexity and size of the project, and a contract will be provided and signed off before any of the contracted work begins.
Every project starts with a project consultation and a project setup.
Pricing: $125, credited towards future services
At the initial project consultation, we will*:
walk through the project space
go over the problem area(s)
evaluate the applicable service option(s)
discuss the next step(s)
* schedule allowing, we can also talk through possible design options based on your design preferences
Pricing: $200-$450
What is included:
1x job site visit for measurements*
1x existing 2D floor plan drawing
1x project plan
Why is this required:
a drawing for the existing floor plan is needed to ensure all spatial constraints are understood prior to kicking off any design efforts
a project plan is generated to document project details such as project scope, project requirements, project deliverables, project timeline, and any other special considerations that need to be accounted for to ensure project success
* due to the remote nature of virtual work, virtual clients will need to provide all dimensions necessary for the provider to generate the existing floor plan drawing
